E-Rate Request for Proposals 2025-2026 (LEASED LIT FIBER WAN)
Evangeline Parish School District is seeking proposals for Leased Lit Fiber, WAN, Wide Area Network connectivity. The current network is a leased fiber WAN network. EPSD will accept bids for WAN at 20 GBPS ONLY. The deadline to submit responses has been extended to Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST. Please direct all questions to EPSBERATE@epsb.com.
Sealed proposals must be sent by certified mail, UPS, FedEx, or hand-delivered to Evangeline Parish School District, or proposals may be uploaded to http://centralauctionhouse.com
Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site. The DISTRICT is not responsible for delays in uploading, and proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.
