Evangeline Parish School District

The Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) recognized Evangeline Parish Schools. Based on the latest DIBELS  Assessment scores from the Mandatory Literacy Screener, students in  K-3rd grade in Evangeline Parish public schools showed the greatest percentage of growth in the state. Evangeline Parish is ranked 1st in that category. That group of students in K-3rd grade had a 31.3 percent increase in students attaining grade level.
